Posting this for my brother. It currently has a shifting issue in the transmission. Wont leave 1st gear. He and his wife got another/newer pickup to carry the kids and do farm chores. This one they just dont have the interest in fixing anymore. At some point we may haul it down to my house or take a trans up to him. Until than it's up for sale as is.
Back story is that they were told it is a K30. I looked at it and the title. Title doesn't list K30 and it has a Dana 44 under the front. They were also told that it came out of California originally before ending up in Oregon. He has paperwork for the new engine, but it was in a box when I was up there last week. (Just moved to a new farm house on acreage) I inspected it for rust and found very little, but it seems to have the beginning of rocket rot on the drivers side. Drivers side rear has some body filler in it, but the refrigerator magnet I was using still stuck to everything on the cab.
Information I have currently until they find the truck file while unpacking.
