Okay I noticed something about my truck the drivetrain moves alot. Mostly when shifting from 1st to R when I am bound up in the rocks. Right now I am still using stock motor mounts stock trans mounts on the 203 adaptor and poly mounts on the doubler adaptor plate.

Most of these mounts are pretty new. I did notice that even my poly mounts (they are spring bushings) move quite alot.

who has solid mounted their drivetrain? I know Kert has anyone else. Poly mounts all the way going to help alot?

I just want to get some of the movement out of it.

Or should I just use a torque strap on the motor to see if it helps

Ideas suggestions comments what have you done to keep your drivetrain movement to a minimum

i have all new poly everything..........i think of it as money well spent...

I'm running all poly mounts, very little movement in the drivetrain.

Also, supposedly mixing rubber and poly bushing can break adapters (one component flexes more/less than the other).
