Found Solid Side Windows

I wanna change out my sliders for solid windows. My blazer is an 87 model. Any suggestions on where to find some?

Thank you Mechted. Do you know if those fit into the same frame as the sliders are in?

No idea. Haven't seen sliders in person in a long time. Here is how the solid windows are mounted on my 73. Glass into a gasket into the fiberglass top.

So it looks like that glass replaces the whole frame on the sliders. How is your glass held in place besides the rubber seal?

glass or slider it just swaps .

dont toss the sliders if there good . some guys want them . if you were closer i would swap them for you and include the solid glass no charge .

Yeah I’m not gonna trash them. I know guys want the sliders. Mechted gave me a link to a guy 2.5 hrs from me that has the solid glass. Sweetk can u tell me how those solid pieces are mounted?

in the rubber . just a wedge fit .

the slider is a hair smaller but they have the lip on them to simulate solid glass and fit in the same rubber gasket .

Okay cool. I am gonna go pick up the glasses on Sunday. Is there anything I’ll need for the install? My outside rubbers are in decent shape.

its nice if you have the plastic butter knife type tool to help walk in the lock strip . and a lock strip tool makes it fast .a squirt bottle with dawn dish soap and water for lube .

otherwise slow and steady is the key .

i dont like amazon but they will be the fastest to you in your time frame unless you find local .
