some mudfest pics

went to Poth Texas muddfest this weekend and had a damn good time.
you know its gonna be good when the towrigs get stuck in the parking lot.

it had rained a couple days before the event, so it was nice and wet when we got there.started at 2 pm and people were still flooding in at midnight.
gave tons of people rides and had a damn good time with my buddies who 'ginered out and didnt bring their rigs. only problem i had was i forgot my spare air filters, so that sorta cut the night short.
also this morning ive got a PS leak at the sector shaft.
pulled out a couple superdutys and dmaxes who were stuck like hell, made damn good use of the strap from four_by_ken. it did some heavy tugs.

the brand new 2010 dodge dually was stuck for a good 5 hours out there. took several of the big guys to try and get him out, sumbitch had bfg rugged trails on the 8k pound truck. damn thing layed frame.

some drunk crowd next to our buddies nearby. they said they threw a beer can at them, brawls was started teeth was knocked out. not really that good of a story lol.

This may be a stupid question but did the front end get yanked out of that ranger? Although you never know what stupid ****e people do to their trucks......
And glad to see that new F350 out there. First one I've ever seen with a speck of dirt on it.

nope thats the magic that comes from 12.oz cans out there.... its even still TTB and open diff.

oh there definitely are girls like this in texas...in fact much better than this. not saying these are bad, just that i see at least that level of eye candy jogging around my neighborhood or hanging out at the pool and often see/meet chicks at bars in dallas and fort worth that are so hot they have to be genetically engineered. ha.

poth, tx....had to look it up because i never heard of it before. smart people it seems. it seems their main resource is mud, so they capitalized on it with mudfest . we have a lot of car events and stuff here. every day is "horrible traffic caused my too many people who can't drive worth a damn fest".

someone photoshop that pic to get the guy out of it and make that one chick have a yellow bikini and the proper leg up. lots of boots in these pics...strikes me as a bit odd.

lost some factory paint, as well as all my painted goodies. axles, abomb, diff covers, shafts, gold plating on the tcase, everything. had to be some acid in the damn mud.

sector shaft seals
starter
melted dist. cap
blown apart rotor
burnt wires
tcase rear output seal
locked up calipers
wipers not turning off
stretched ps belt


and lastly!!!

a blowed up 350. replaced nearly all of the above and timed it real smooth and nice. blipped the throttle a little to hear it again, and SKEEEEEEEEEEERT. motor just stops and belts come to a literal skreeching halt.

i wanted to take it to the coast this memorial day weekend, but dammit, the truck wants a BBC swap i guess. no wheelin this season.
