from what i understand, its actually unconsitutional, activist are telling the city its unconsitutional and they are prolly looking at lawsuits, but no citizens are complaining, yet...let the activists tell them/citizens they could sue and they prolly will...after the city takes out the trash
 
Gotta blame the lazy-a$$ parents of those kids running wild and causeing the very problem they want stoped. Not enough spanking in the early years,,,,too late now.

problem is like mentioned, it will all be over turned anyways or charges dropped, its the parents fault, period. They need to be in control of their kid sneaking out all hours of the night.

And I will get flamed for this one... I have known, do know and have customers that own pawn shops, I honestly truly believe a lot of them are part of the problem. Hmm a pawn shop in really crappy area with crime and poverty? Yea lets build one there, think of how much stuff they will bring us to get a few bucks after they steal it. The people staling use it as a tool. Pawn shops know this. I would petition the **** out of a pawn shop ever going up near my house, no one thinks its odd you don't see them in nice areas? DUH..You need crime to support them.

personally, if I did not have so much going for me, I would absolutly love to have me and a friend wearing some outlandish tinnis out fits, add some high quality rackets, set up our bikes to where we know someone will try to steal them..wait off in the distance.. and then beat the ever loving **** out of them, citizens arrest their ass and wait for the cops..

talk to the cops in just the right tone, officer it was just amazing had w not had the rackets we would have been defenceless..after a few times you might need to switch to la cross.. then bowling balls in a bag.. then softball.. could be fun

What gets my blood boiling is graffiti, I cant wait to get away from it and get back to Gilbert, I get f-ing furious. I would run the ****ers over, leave them, go home get drunk and the next day convince myself it was a dream. I do not value a Vandals or thiefs life, sorry but there is a few places the law and constitution fails this country. Some nasty hardcore violence would send the right message

did you miss the part where this pawn shop is 1/2 block from the police station, i can vouch for that! altho i think its more like 3/4 block away both on main st named ''plaza''
