i got started fri night dropping the motor in, i finally think i got everything buttoned up and i cant get it too start. im tierd im angry and i need some help b/c i cant afford to drop it of some where.

the timing is fine i found tdc on the compresion stroke, plug a test lamp to #1 its getting spark to the plug, im not 180 upside down. im not getting any fuel to the tbi. if i pour gas in it sputters then just cranks.

now am i looking at a fuel pump, fuel pump relay, should i disconnect the fuel lines @ the tbi whats that gonna tell me? im very upset i have no beer i spent all my money on parts any help whould be appreciated.

yeah the radio head lights and driver window dont work either.

This has happened to me before. If you are truly not getting fuel to the tbi, I would check to see if your oil pressure sending unit at the back of the block behind intake is plugged in. Without an oil pressure signal, your fuel pump will not function. This will be an easy option to rule out before any other drastic change.

Oil pressure switch is a backup to the fuel pump relay. You don't even need the oil pressure switch if your relay is working correctly.

Check your fuses. ECM1&2, Ign, ect. Also if the ignition module or magenetic pick up coil are bad you wont get fuel to the injectors. Might be your problem beings the engine will try to fire if you pour gas in the TB. Also check the connections/grounds for the distributor/coil.

first thing and easiest, disconnect fuel filter and stick hose over the end of the steel line from tank. drop hose in bucket and turn on ign for a couple seconds. this will tell you if fuel pump is working. other way is to crack lines @ throttle body and see if it sprays(has pressure). Wear safety glasses for either way. Easier to troubleshoot in order than to get frustrated checking random items. If you do have fuel pressure, then possible problem with tach signal to ECM, injectors, etc.
