Chases First wheelin trip... Hes 5, and im pretty sure he loved it lol... good times.

Looks like fun, when you were playing in the bowl on that one vid all i could see was that thing rolling over. We had a f-150 try that out at Wynoka and after it stopped rolling down the side there wasent a stright peice of metal on that truck.

my truck seems pretty stable really. i would even venture to try it higher up where it is a little steeper. Its only around 5 inch suspension lift over stock... 52"s + d60 / Shackle flip + 0-rates. I love playing with the front dig. I cant wait for a time when I actually need it, instead of just playing with it LOL.
 
Nice!! I really want to take my K5 to the beach! Although I don't trust myself, I'll have to have my boyfriend drive it, so we can actually get out.
 
i see nuthin changes out there. still stock trucks with trailers trying to get out in the camping areas. we used to camp just off the parking lot so the ladies had a bathroom, the fee was less, and so we could watch all those guys get a 45mph run threw the lot trying to make it past the soft stuff. mmmm. good times.
i'm surprised i havent seen your truck before. do you take it to browns? what ju gots for power in that thing? sounded bb-ish. but its hard to tell on video. i like the tubework too.

I had some buddies run it a couple of weeks ago and loved it... I heard that it gets closed during fire season... I would like to head down and check it out when I finish my bus...

383, and Jason Wiedhuner did the tube work, i pretty much just helped him where i could, and tried to learn what i could..

Yea, there was a lot of people who got stuck that weekend. This guy was from hermiston, and it was his first time out, I felt bad for him driving that whole way to get denied instantly lol.

Long story short, Ive been slacking the last 5-6 years, as far as my truck goes. I used to go to browns a lot, and will start going again... Maybe the end of this month...

After this last trip to the sand, I have decided to go back to the finer things in life. Like having a windshield, some sort of doors, and a top... Cleaning that thing out was an absolute nightmare... Woulda been easy if i couldve turned it upside down and shook it :D

Sandlake is more infamous for being a bunch of rowdy drunks causing trouble lol. Although its quieted down since the alcohol ban, on the sand.

Another case of some bad apples ruining it for everyone else :mad:

in his defense, he hit the softest spot out there.. But he didnt air down his trailer, and i think thats what did him in.... :haha: plus he shouldve got more of a running start to get past the bottomless soft stuff.

that vid is hillarious... lol...
 
I believe TSF - Brown camp is on fire restriction currently right now. They have differnt levels. I believe you just need to carry water, shovel and no using chains saws right now. Last summer they did shut down the offroad trails completely for fire danger.
