Someone Check my Hydro/Assist set-up

Ok so Ive gone with Vanco Hydroboost unit and PSC ram assist for my build. Neither have provided me with routing instruction so I have put my set-up together to the best of my knowledge using what technical info and schematics I could gather, the only issue I had was no one really has a diagram for a GM hydro boost with a remote reservoir which includes 2 return ports. I know someone has this same set-up, Check out my beautiful diagram workmanship and let me know if I have everything hooked up correctly.

Keep in mind I have labled the ports on the ram and steering gear just as they are on my rig the ram in the pic would be facing you if you were to look directly at the truck. The steering gear is as it mounts on the frame.

I can't help you off the top of my head, but where did you get the reservoir?

I would think about running both returns through the cooler and blocking off the second port on the reservoir.
 
The factory hydroboost setup has both returns going directly into the pump, not to the reservoir. Not sure if it really matters except that the pump is normally lower than the reservoir and thus easier on the pump versus pumping the fluid up higher???
 
So, the pump from PSC only has 2 ports one for suction from the reservoir and the other is out to the Hydro boost unit first. The reservoir came from PSC but I bought it as a kit form ORD, in fact Stephen wrote me up for it.

6.2 - PSC does recommend to have the pump lower than the resevoir for the reason you stated and thats how I have it mounted.

The is what the PSC website shows, but ith full hydro steering. Notice how the reservoir can has 2 return ports.

Its funny though, PSC did send a T fitting with the kit and I had no idea what it was for, but then why have 2 return ports on the reservoir?

Seriously no one knows anyone with this setup?:confused:
 
Well, if there are only return ports on the reservoir than I will say your diagram is correct. No idea why you would need to run the T in the return lines if you already have two return ports on the reservoir.
