Someone selling a doubler

WMS used to convert np203s to 3:1 ratio... that mod alone cost $1k, so if the entire doubler went that cheap, it'd be a score. Not sure if ATOR (they seem to have had some pretty serious "issues"...) does the 3:1 203s now or if its just the original WMS guy doing them at his own shop. :dunno: In either case, 3:1 203s have been around a lil while.

Wow no wonder it wasnt very popular with a price tag like that.

You can see on the bottom of the 203 where they welded in a patch panel to give a little more room for the bigger gears.

Wtf are those things hanging off the pto covers??

some kind of weird aluminum cooler apparently... they are mentioned in the listing.

Sweet doubler for sure. Wonder what the reserve is? With the new planetary doubler technology, the doubler is slowly going to be old news. Especially with the rarety of the 203/205 combos needed.

My 241 doubler should be showing up today. I got his 6:1 beat w/ 7.4:1............:D

I've only heard tiny pieces of info about that 241 doubler. How the heck does that work? Do you have a link?

I got one of his last 241 kits. He still makes the 231 kits which are just as strong as an NP241 when the 6 planetary gear set is swapped into it. The case is smaller on the 231 which can help with clearance issues on most rigs. The only problem is to put a 205 behind it you must do some custom type of mods.

For now I am going to run a two 241's and procure the stuff needed to run a twin sticked 205 in the future.

Here is a thread I started before I purchased mine.....http://coloradok5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=196804
