Yea those trucks are sweet. I want one!!! I saw one for sale in military vehicles magazine awhile ago, they wanted $15,000!!!!!

there was one on ebay a while ago. It was white and didnt have a bed.

Brand New Trucks??...

I went to a local junkyard the other day to buy a used battery (I found 2 "Duralast" batteries only 8 months old,and a small "Interstate" battery from a Honda that will fit in my riding mower --20 bucks for all 3!-I LOVE junkyards!)

The guy at the counter said he was browsing the web,and saw 24 4x4 Army trucks on an auction site,all were never driven,used for "training" mechanics..some needed wiring harness work..he said they were all diesels ,most had 0 miles!..and they were selling them for 3500 bucks each..
I assume it was a government auction site..

I told him a lot of guys buy the 1 tons and rip the Dana 60 out,and sell the truck with a 3/4 ton front end..he said he now has in stock about 6 Dana 60 fronts,but he didn't say if they were GM ones or not..figures !!..
