It should work fine on ours. I used it in a PowerStroke and a friend used it in a Dodge. Try it and see. Let us know how it goes.
 
a search should bring up a few threads on Sea Foam... its been discussed before, with mixed results...
 
Goto your local GM dealer and get a can of GM top end engine cleaner. Works wonders and is better than sea foam.
