Something is rattling IN my door

I thought it was the window at first.. but now I know it's something else

Right behind the switches on the drivers door if I smack the door panel I hear a rattle, SOMETIMES. It seems that it's hit or miss when it comes back, but most times it seems it comes back after I roll the window back up after rolling it down.

I sorta think it's the window motor... it's been getting slower and slower..

I'd pull the door panel off and then smack it around some. About the only way you will see what is ratteling.
