if youre front end is bouncing down the highway, if your alighnment is constantly screwy, if your steering is sloppy, if it seems like your front hub bearings are toasted, it might all be caused by one problem.
since rebuilding my hubs, which i found had less than finger tight lock and adjusting nuts, all the above mentioned problems have gone away. the steering is nice and tight, the truck will bounce but nothing like it used to, and the ride is nice and smooth.
just thought id throw that out there if anyone was having these same problems. its easy to check, just pull the lock hub out, and check the torque on the adjusting and lock nut. probly just take a couple hours. and its such a dangerous situation its worth the time to check if you notice any of these symptoms. i thought i just had alot of little problems, never crossed my mind that it was all one very dangerous problem.
