You know, this hobby is a bit like the dog chasing his tail. He wants it so bad, and works to hard to get it, but once he does, he has no idea what to do with it.

Case in point, just bought a 94 Dodge 2500 with a 5.9L Cummins diesel engine for $650 bucks, in running / driving condition (theft recovery, clear title)

I don't really want to put it into the K5, too much work involved, but it sure sounds good! One of those deals that was too good to pass up, but other than looking pretty, I dunno what to do with it!

No doubt the engine would, but the transmission wouldn't. Needs some repairs to the dash and steering column as well.

Definitely need to trailer it!

very true, but i have been selling a bit on craigslist so im doing alright fyi. Just got a raise at work also. I dont know if your trying to stir crap or what but it is definatly hard at times for me to support 2 people(GF in school) but that doesnt mean i can save a little money on the side. a month ago i couldnt even buy groceries a couple weeks due to moving, but im getting back up on my feet and tax money is right around the corner. Thanks for being concerned about my financial situation though. good to know you care

Traded it to a local fabricator who is going to build me bumpers for the K5 and add a beaver tail, ramps and a winch mount + battery tray for my gooseneck deckover
