sound deadener

hey i am redoing the carpet in my blazer, there is no sound deadener left.I was going to replace the sound deadener but its a lot of money, i dont want to spend $300 to replace the deadener.is there anything i could use thats cheaper, like buy some roll-on bedliner. any one got any ideas

$300? Looking at that Dynamat crap? That stuff is outrageous.

They have multiple lines of sound deadening. All extremely cheap in comparison to DynaCrap. I personally used the E-Dead V1 before. $1 a square foot.

theres this stuff at home depot that is foily stick on stuff that works great, i saw a thread in the 69-72 forum iirc.

Check LMCTruck.com or LMC.com. I got my sound deadening and rubber flooring from them. wasnt too expensive and their sounding stuff worked better than factory and keeps heat down/out.
