Hi, I have a 74 K5 blazer. i'd like to put some kind of insulation on the inside of the doors, so when I close the door they don't sound like a drum.
Some have recommended Fat mat. Any ideas, recommendations or reviews?

I used a bunch of Siless sound deadening from Amazon. Like Dynamat but way cheaper. Something like 12"x16" pieces in the case. Used it all over the floor and then put 1 sheet inside each door stuck to the outer skin. It made a big difference. I run with a softopper so its not a quiet truck but it was well worth it. The drum sound of the doors was exactly what I put it in there for.

It comes in a few different thicknesses. I also used the black on the wheel wells instead of silver since they are exposed in my K5 currently.

Thank you so much. I was looking at the 157mil, 4mm thick roll, since I also want to silence the cargo bay walls, when I cover it up with a panel. I intend to put some woofers and speakers in them.
