If I park my Blazer in my angled drive way with the front bumper pointing up, it wont start. If I let it roll in to the street, it starts right up. Also, it runs out of fuel at higher speeds if I hold the pedel to the floor. The fuel pump is failry new, which I know doesnt mean much. I also just replaced both inline fuel filters recently. So, fuel pump is the only thing I can think of. It runs like a champ at normal speeds. And, angles dont bother it at all once it is running.

Any thoughts?

Not enough volume. I had the same problem on a 2wd truck of mine. Test the pressure. I run mine about 6 psi. Anywhere from 4 -7 should be fine. I run a 14 psi holly pump with a regulator now and I have had no problems. BTW: the pump that was on it was a brand new mr. gasket pushing 3.5 psi.
