Has anyone come across a vendor who does roll bending and sells small segments of tubing? I'm looking for some 1.75" DOM with a gentle roll bend in it....overall length would probably be 12" - 15"....

I might be able to make something close by using my traditional hydro-bender and doing multiple 1-2* bends every couple of inches on a length of tube, but it may just end up looking really irregular and amateurish.

Local guy here that built this said he just ordered a couple rolled tubes from Wide Open Design for his build.

If you have the radius and length you want, I could run to a friends shop and make one.

Like this?

I'd say let's make them 16" long so there's enough room for notching....

The bend is 2" at the center of that length. Not sure if that's how most roll benders want the value for the center roller offset?

If you can make 2 out of 1.75" (.120 or .125" wall) tubing I'd be happy to pay you for materials, time & shipping costs!

That would be a radius of 17".

Well......

After an evening of experimentation it's pretty clear now that the tire won't be anywhere in the vicinity of that next tube I wanted to install.

This is PS "full bump" AND DS "full droop"|

Stand down everyone...... But thanks for the offers to help!
