Spacer Ring for Air Cleaner Housing 95 TBI

I have A Over Seas (Norway) Frend,,
Who has a 95 Ck Pu With a TBI Unit ,,
with a LP Gas Unit Combined,,

He is Looking for The Name for the Spacer,,
between the TBI unit and Airfilter Housing,,
His Has Burned from a LP Refueling Incident,,It was Plastic,,LOL and Burned??
He said this Happen's Ocassionaly,,,!!,,,,3x in the Past,,,
And will have to replace some Wiring (Insulation Burned away)

Any body Have A Ideal What It is Called ? Or Part #
I told Him my 87 TBI,,has a Metal Spacer Ring,,
But That May be totaly Diffrent,,from his,,?

It's just called an air cleaner spacer. I have seen plastic ones before but most i've seen are metal.

They were used on every 87 and later TBI truck i've seen.
