Ditto. Do a search. Lhey've been pretty well covered in the past. I just made my own on home made HD bumpers.
Back In The Day, the dealers offered one that bolted to the quarter panel and tailgate -- the popular design was made by Valley Industries, though there was also a Hickey unit. The fancy ones held a 5 gallon Blitz-style gas can too. You'll see a very similar unit on the big Broncos.
Anyway, these are fine for stock tires, up to a 31", but 33"+ tires WILL shread your sheet metal when the carrier pops bolts/screws out
And yes, you can beef u; such a carrier -- but if you're looking for a pre-made solution, the bumper mount is gonna be the way to go.
