Spare Tire Carrier

So for a while now Ive been looking into buying a spare tire carrying number for my 1990 Jimmy, and Ive been looking at Tactical Armor Group for a while, but Ive been reading many reviews on them and have decided to go with a different company. Id rather just not take the risk with the company as so many people seem to have negative reviews of them. This leads me to my question: what company sells or fabricates good rear bumpers for this use? Id like to have the spare tire carrier mount along with a high lift jack mount.

Call RLC Welding. He doesn't list a rear bumper on his website, but he has built them before.

He does great work and is great to work with. And reasonable.

Of course there is always DIY4X, they have that sweet swing down carrier (not sure on the high lift part but Kert might be able to work that out for you too...)
