good old factory ac delco r45ts 
Some later EFI 350's use CR43T AC plugs,best to check the listings before just putting any in it..I prefer Ac's,but lately they are made in mexico,so some have not upheld their once good reputation...I have used Autolites with good results in my older V8's..worst plugs to use would be Bosch Platinums,I have had several engines I put those in that customers supplied that skipped or ran weird with them--the engines ran better with the old plugs!..ended up buying AC's and bringing the Bosch ones back..guy at Autozone said they had a lot of them come back,they dont always work well in some applications,V8 Chevys especially..
Once I discovered NGK V-power plugs I haven't used a different plug since and that's over 20 years ago.
