What do you use and why???
What performance gains did you see??

I got a line on the Denso Iridium plugs for cheap. Can't seem to find any input from users. Anyone use them? They seem to average $12 online each!!!! (not what I pay)
Seeing how I have the headers off amongst other things now would be the time to change them.

SOOO let the debate begin...... TIA -MONEYPIT

I run acdelco R45TS gapped at .060, theyre good, cheap plugs. Im thinking about goin down a heat range or 2 for a few more hp, as I understand a colder plugs give more hp, and as my friends know, Im a horsepower junkie....

I use NGK V-Power. As for my reason, well, i've ran many a different plug over the years and these last the longest, give a smoother idle, and aren't expensive. :thumb:

I just use the AC Delco standard equipment, because they make the engine run, no problems with them either, had a set of free Splitfires in it before, they lasted about a year and a half before i yanked them, ran good, but did not notice any difference in the two.

I use Accel U-groove header plugs because I don't want toasted wires.

I had those on my burb and will never use them again. I pulled them out a few weeks ago and the gaps were huge. I definetally gapped them on install. There was one AC Delco plug in there(broke one of the accels) and it was still gapped perfectly. I'll just dent and bend header tubes from now on.

I like regular AC Delco R44TS's or the NGK V-Power equivilent for the Burb. I've always been pleased with the performance of those two. :D

AC Delco CR43TS for me, never had a problem with em. I usually put fresh ones about every 10-12k with new cap and rotor.

of course theese would be the best, they are made buy the smae guy who is responsible for the "spiltfires". man that is so much bullsh*t that they cant be made. we should all right a letter to congress or all request them from a manufacturer or something, maybe if we could get a mass order together he would make a batch just for us. evryone at leaste check out this site and read the whole thing, it is amazing once you realize that this is real and not a gimmick.
