Currently have ac delco plug wires usally run accel. Found that the ac delco have less resistance per foot tha accel super stock 8mm. MSD 8.5 is also a good wire.

i use taylor wires with my msd dist. and msd blaster 2 coil!!

MSD (http://www.msdignition.com) Super Conductor wires have about the lowest resistance per foot of any wires. Jacobs (http://www.jacobselectronics.com) also has good wires. Watch out for the cheaper Accel Super Stock wires, a few of my friends have had bad experiences with them, their other wires seem to be good though (http://www.mrgasket.com/accel.htm).

I have MSD Heli-Core wires I wanted to get the Super Conductor wires but the place I got it from ordered the wrong ones. they are still pretty good.

I have a stock ignition. I had the opposite experience of Rick. The blue Taylor wires from Summitt did not last. I put
50,000 mi/year on my '87 in '96-'98 and it now has 225,000mi on it. The best wires I have experienced (and I am still running them, installed in '96) are the Gold NAPA wires. Lifetime warranty. NAPA has a cheap line of parts to compete with Advance and AutoZone. You must ask for the premium parts it seems to me.....

I USE TAYLOR WIRES. I REPLACED 3 SETS OF THE AUTOZONE WIRES IN ONE YEAR. THEY DON'T STAND UP TO THE EXHAUST MANIFOLDS TOO WELL. NEVER BURNED THRU BUT THEY DID GET BROWN AND CRACK.

Last tuneup I went and got the "Red" stuff from NAPA. Red cap and rotor and red wires. They work great, keep in mind guys and gals....everyone speaks so highly of the DANA products...well NAPA, MrGasket,Perfect Seal and Spicer are just some of the companies that belong to DANA Industries...
Buy you stuff where you want but I am a NAPA fan now that I know...
