spark plugs...AC R45TS...where to get them?

i was reading in a old super chevy rag about for the sbc they prefer/suggest an plug called. AC R45TS...ive looked all over and i cant seem to find them

i did find some on egay...but idk if i should buy those or try and get them from a place like discount auto or napa.

anybody know where to get them?

i get mine at work (O'Reilly Auto Parts) any competent parts store should carry them in stock as they are a very popular selling plug

Thats a common plug man, should be able to find it at any parts store that carries AC Delco plugs...
