spark plugs?

I know that since my motor aint tbi, or has no "real" computer stuff on it i dont need any "special" plugs..but which ones should i run. Its a stock 350 with an intake and msd box. kinda a noobish question but last time i think i bought too low of a heat range and when its cold it dont run right, and ive now developed a misfire. help?

spark plug questions have been asked and the general idea is . stick with the brand the factory installed. so your non tbi gm would be ac/delco r45ts. and i would run .035 stock and .045 with msd. thats what i use to run on my setup.
