I ran one of these in the front of my K10 for awhile on 35's and it worked great.

Only a 10 bolt in this case because its 28 spline. All dana 44's are 30 spline.

Right? I planned on keeping the 10 bolts in my Blazer until a set of 4.56 one tons popped up a Marketplace for a decent price and MAW kicked in....

Shoulda listened to ya! We've been moving into a new home and the k5 is stored at a buddies right now. Excitement threw my mind into a tizzie. I was thinking dana 44, 10 bolt axle combo, Then I finally calmed down and remembered its a 12 bolt and 44. sorry!!! I know you told me up top. Wasn't thinking straight!
