speaker size

one center speaker at 4x10. In my camaro i built bracket to house two 4" pioneers in the stock 4x10 location though.

thx- Is it easy to pull out the radio harness from a late 70's K5? of is this harness spliced in with other harnesses? I would like to pull out the entire harness from the fuse box, ground, radio and speakers.

Uhm...that's the super low end option.

Anything above that was two...think it was 3.5's?...one on each corner of the dash.

Not on a 70s model truck aj. The best front speaker of a 70s truck was 1980 which had optional door speakers of 4x10 in a box where the map pockets are, as an option of course.

Really?

Swear my folks' '76 had twin speakers like the 80's K5's I've had.

Then again it could be my memory...we did sell it 19 years ago...

My '87 has 3 1/2 on driver and passenger side dash, and 1 hole for a 4 x 10. I replaced all 3 with some quality Kenwood's, and got rid of the rear speakers. Nothing amazing, but still 300% better than factory ever did. One day I'll put some 6X9's in the rear, but that way out in the future.
