Anyone got a good idea or experience on the best way to lift up the cab from the frame so I can replace my body mounts?

A floor jack with blocks on it under the body to spread out the load worked for me.

If you have the fenders off, there is a reinforced hole on the cowl sides down low you can put a hook in, and lift from overhead.

take all the bolts out on one side.. loosen the other side... 2 floor jacks and lumber on the one side.. jack it up, do all on that side, leave the nuts loose...

other side, take out, jack up, replace... tighten everything up...
