how about Dick Cepek Radial F-C II They have a 37X13.5 15s, not sure of the price or not but something to look into.

I have the Nebraska Tires on my F350 TXR tread pattern and I love them. I know a couple guys who have got 50 to 70K miles out of them. Mine we take offs too but the had the full 17/32 tread height.

Ground Hawg 2's are radial, and you can get them up to a 38. In 15's or 16.5's. But they aren't cheap.
