Anyone know if they make a speedo gear for the Turbo 400 with more than 45 teeth (45 tooth gear is light green in color). I don't want to install one of the ratio adaptors if I can avoid it.

Thanks,

Eric M.

Is this for a 2WD? 4WD's pickup the speedo drive from the t-case output. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Yeah, I was hoping to sneek in a question about a 2wd without anyone ratting on me!! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Just checkin'! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif Didn't want to see ya buy a speedo gear for a Turbo 400 and then crawl under your truck and find out that there was no place to install it. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

doesnt have to be certain model you can use other model speedo gears too, i might have one with more than 45 if you know what exactly you need ?
there is a formula for determining what you need, also you can drive from one milemarker on freeway to the next at 60mph with stopwatch and see if you are going faster or slower than 60 then you wil know what you need to do with gearset you have right now.

go to google.com and type in speedo gear calibration in the search engine line

Hey Randy,

If you've got a 46 or 47 tooth gear, that is what I need.

Thanks,

Eric M.
