speedometer assembly 87 (whatever works)

Tinkered with my 87 and tried to put a 90 guage face on it, and ended up screwing it all up. (snapped the needle shaft and tried to repair it.) now it makes lots of noise and 5 mph on the road = 75 mph on the needle.

Please let me know if there's anything out there.
