Speedometer gear

Hey guys, Im finally gettin off my butt and fixing my speedometer. Anyway, I cant really figure out what drive gear my 208 has in it. It has a black 40tooth driven gear, but from what I can tell it has a light green drive gear. I cant find a mention of a light green drive gear anywhere.

The truck came from the factory w/ the 40tooth drive gear and 4.10 gears so does anyone know what drive gear the light green is? Thanks all

In my 85 parts catalog there's a speedometer gear chart. Seems that only 2 different drive gears were used in K-models with the NP208:
15 teeth, gray
18 teeth, blue

Driven gear teeth all depends on (original!) combination of transmission, gear ratio and tire size.

If it may help I could try to scan the pages. Not sure if it fits for your 87 though.

Ok, well, I guess the light green is gray, I used this http://www.bgsoflex.com/speedo1.html and calculated backwards assuming it came from the factory with ~30" tires, so it should be a 15 tooth drive gear.
