Speedometer needle help

I don't know exactly what you will need to do to repair that, but you should have a VSS pickup on the back of the speedometer head. This may make it more difficult to repair the shaft which operates the needle.

Pretty much need a new gauge I'd expect. If you can find an old timey speedometer shop perhaps they can fix you up. The broken part is part of the speedometer mechanism itself. Maybe someone out there sells that piece, I don't recall anyone ever posting a thread about replacing that.
