Spicer 5-760x work in a 10bolt front diff?

Its a 81 3/4 ton 10 bolt, I know everything is interchangable from the knuckles out but does that include the knuckles?
So will the 5-760x work in my diff?

They wouldn't do to much good for your differential, but they would work OK in your front axle shafts.

hehe thats what I meant. Are they the right part for the knuckle?

Yes, they are. 297, 5-297x, and 5-760x are all the same size joint. 5-760x is the newest part number, and the strongest.

They will work fine I had a set in my D44 with moser shafts and broke 2 stub shafts and the joints survived the 297's would have failed and took out the inner shafts also. So I recomend them for anyone who needs new joints use the 760's.

thanks I will get my machine shop guy to order them in, he gets me great deals so hopefully it'll be fairly cheap.

I'm just getting my local machine/driveshaft shop to order them in if he can, he sells all the heavy duty u-joints so I imagine that he would get them.
