Realized one of my hubs (originally on a D44, now on 10 bolt) are missing the "outer" o-rings. Not the ones for the knob, the larger of the two o-rings used that seals the outer portion of the hub assembly.

No idea if the later cheap looking GM hubs use the same pieces, so hesitant to use any part numbers in my parts manual to check GM stock.

Also need the metal washers to go under the hub bolts.

I found a post mentioning http://www.sixstates.com/ but their online stuff is painful to try and find anything in. Probably call them tomorrow unless someone suggests somewhere else.

Anyone happen to have part numbers for these, I assume I'll be needing the Spicer numbers, although GM part numbers might work, if GM still sells them.

Thanks!

Here are some GM #'s -

washer - 650595
o-ring - 3937070

Just to say it out loud, these are for internal style hubs. give me a few minutes, I think I can come up with Spicer numbers too.

Are these internal or external hubs?

Well crap, I'm no good on the Spicer numbers. I've got a book somewhere but can't find it. I'll keep looking... :doah:

Appreciate it.

Yes internal. Could you even put externals on a 10 bolt? Not like I'd want to, just doesn't seem real feasible or desirable. (according to most)

I guess we're both just making sure these aren't external D44 hubs swapped onto a 10 bolt. :wink1:

OK, any chance someone knows if warn hubs take the same o-ring? Diameter of the copper washers? Phone number to Spicer? :)

Six states gave me some part numbers, not sure if either of them will fit though:

378018 3/8" copper washer
34918 Large o-ring

Going to go do some research and see what I can come up with. No idea why Warn wouldn't use the same o-ring. No clue if 3/8" is the right size washer.

They said they've just been replacing the Spicer hubs with Warn's, not selling Spicer parts. :(
