Edit: this is for the 1/2 ton versions FWIW.
I'd wanted to take care of the hubs for a few years. No clue how old the parts were, and I know the washers had to be shot as many times as I've had the hub bodies off for various reasons.
O-rings I settled on were best guesses initially as I didn't know what was stock, and I had no idea if what I took off had different dimensions vs new, etc. I grabbed some #151 o-rings for the lockout hub housing to hub, and #136 for the lockout hub knob to lockout hub housing.
Based on comparison to what I started with, #136 was identical to the best I could measure and compare. It fits fine. If its not the exact replacement, its close enough, unless what I took off wasn't stock. #151 I'm confident is not correct. What I took off is pretty much the same dimensionally, except cross section. It should be thinner. I suspect #041 would be much closer, if not perfect. It seemed like the #151 would work, so I'm running it, but there is a groove for this one, and the thicker o-ring may not compress enough for the screws to clamp the hub housing and hub metal to metal.
I paid no particular attention to the o-ring material, as I really have no idea what sort of temps these should see, and it is not particularly easy to find the size o-rings I needed for reasonable prices, unless I ignored the material they were made of. So I did.
Copper washers were as close as I could come based on what I could find online compared to my heavily worn examples, coupled with what I felt was reasonably priced. These (M5x9x1) fit the hub housing quite well, and the lockout housing screws are a good fit on the ID. A bit thicker than what was on there, but good luck finding exact replacements. They seem plenty soft to do the job to me, they are easily deformed with minimal effort. These had bugged me for awhile, so perhaps this will help others. https://www.amazon.com/M16-48-Copper-Washer-Sealing-M5x9x1-0mm/dp/B086SQB9KY/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=solid+copper+washer+m5x9x1&qid=1690791801&s=industrial&sr=1-3&th=1

Spicer hub manual (which I downloaded): https://media.spicerparts.com/cfs/files/media/9zfeW9C6zuwonnpd7/5330.pdf No part numbers, not particularly valuable vs. a GM shop manual.
