I gotta do the 3/4 swap this weekend. I have everything now, ubolts, 32 lug nuts (I found out 10 bolt nuts won't fit :doah: ), conversion ujoint.... I didn't get the D44 hub grease seals, nobody stocks them so I'll order them later...

My current rear 10 bolt is making a clicking sound when I turn corners and when I turn the wheel to park. Looks like the Auburn limited slip is about to break. Hope I can hang on for a couple more days until the weekend for the swap....

So... anybody know 3/4 ton D44 spindle socket the same size for the 1/2 ton 10 bolt?
Thanks

As said, yep.

Basically, 10b's and D44's are the same from the spindles out, 8-lug or 6-lug, no matta. (Obviously the rotors and the hubs they attach to are different for 6- or 8- lug though :) ... but the two axles' outers are interchangeable to a great degree, which can be handy for parts-swapping.

Thanks a bunch, fellas! Now I know I don't need another socket. I'm done shopping around.:waytogo:
