dana 60 old style 6 tab.
then take a file and slightly round the inner edge of the tabs.
fits 14ff and still works great for older dana 60 .

I'm looking at mine I got off the MAC truck, it doesn't say MAC on it, but the numbers are 4543-4 and its the six prong I used on my 14BFF. Google says OTC makes it.
