Spindles for front axle

Gotta 79 Jimmy 4x4. Are the front axle spindles on a GM 10 bolt same as for a Dana 44?

As long as they use the same size wheel bearings, yes. There are two designs of spindles, the earlier (pre 77 or so) design uses smaller wheel bearings.
