Well I just put my new u-joints in the D60 today, so I decided to count the splines for when I'm ready to get the front locker. Well it's a '79 D60, with 30 splines on the outers and 35 on the carrier. That sound right? I counted 3 times thinking I wouldn't have 35 since the year and the Hub side count. What you all think? Good? bad? Just the same old ?

sounds right...they say the 30 spline outers r the d60's min weakness...upgrade em with a 35 spline kit (most have new warn/other brand lockout hubs that r usually shorter)
