If i sprayed the bottom 12 inches of my doors and fenders would it help protect from rust and corrosion from the street salt?I loose my doors, rockers, and fenders every damn wisconsin winter.

Sure it will, as long as you make sure you get rid of all moisture, salt residue, etc. from the metal before you coat it. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Maybe if you do the INSIDE as well as the outside of the doorskins--mine rust from the inside out, since I keep painting and grinding the outside of the door as rust appears(overnight on snowy salt covered roads).I'm wishing the cab and doors were made of the same stuff as a duraliner--it wouldnt rust or dent, and we would never have to weld patches on our trucks ever again! /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif
