spring hanger question

hey all. I have a 89 CC Bout to start on the rear leaf springs however I have hit a bit of a snag. The front hanger of the rear pack seems to have a plate riveted on one side and the head of the bolt exposed on the other. Does the bolt just screw in or is there a nut under the riveted plate? Sorry I know it sounds a bit confusing.

if its anything like my 85, you have to drop an open ended wrench in from above to get to the nut... which isn't welded or otherwise attached save the threads on the bolt.

like above. but some are full of dirt in this area.

Hey Robert I just went and looked. Mine looks the same. You have to go in from the top with a 7/8 open wrench.
