i have a quick question, i have a 1988 suburban and i have a set of 4" lift springs for a 1977-1987 truck, will these springs work or not? and why?

If you are referring to the front springs then yes, trucks went IFS in 88 so hence the listing for trucks up to 87.

he means length difference.

Maybe I'm misreading the question, I thought he was asking if a set of springs that were listed for use on 77-87 "trucks" would work on his Sub, even though it's an 88.
Like I said, front springs, for sure, rear springs , depends on the truck ( 1/2 , 3/4 , or 1 ton) to determine the length of the springs.

:dunno:

So do you think they will work? Are the springs different after 1987?
