spring measurements??

I am curious to know if anyone has some reference measurements for me- what I am looking for is the height of stock and/or lifted springs- as if they are resting on the eyes with arch going up. I have two sets of springs, not stock, that I am trying to figure out how much lift they will give. Thanks!!

What I have is two sets of springs-f/r- that are aftermarket. The two sets are different heights and I want to know how much lift either one will give me. I was just hoping someone had the measurements handy so I didn't have to mock it up. Thanks for any help---
