spring pack clamps?

where can i get spring pack clamps, me rear springs have one clamp on one side and nothing on the other. man everything is rusted the one bolt left on the clamp is about half its normal size.

Look in your Yellow Pages under "Springs". Any shop that makes leaf springs will have the clamps in stock.
