spring perch oops

OK Guys,
I searched and searched and couldnt find any info on this. On my dana 60 front axle i stripped out the oneof the cast holes of the spring plate studs. If it happened to the one the second wont be far behind. IIRC i have seen this done bfore but wanted some info on converting it to either studs or inner u-bolt.

There was a thread several months ago about this and the fixes they used. Contact rdn2blazer (Rob) as I believe he did a fix like this before.

Drill and tap it to the next larger size. Then install studs.

I just posted about this in the other thread..But..I used a u-bolt. It was quick and much easier than I expected.
