spring perch question

Ok.... so i made sure when i bought my D60 front that i got the spring plates for that one. but i realized today i didnt get the ones for the D70HD rear.....

Do i reuse the spring plates from my rear 10b on the D70HD, just with the 4in U-bolts? or do i need to get some 14bff/D70HD spring plates as well????

I think there is a SRW 14bff at the local junkyard im planning on getting the hubs off of, should i grab the spring plates too?

You will need the correct spring plates for the D70 (i'm not sure if the axle tube diameter is the same as a 14FF). Look around DIY4X's website and see if he offers them.

blast... foiled again. i knew i was forgetting something. I know the D70HD has larger tubes than the 14bff, 4in diameter for the Dana.

lol, have fun. I just got done messing with all of that crap when I did my dana 60 / 14ff swap... I learned that sizes are different when they come from one tons:-)
