I have been looking at the diy4x 52 in rear spring adapters. I know this my sound stupid but I have 52 in springs in the front. I know they are de-arched but can't I just put in rear springs?

52's are rear springs. Do you know you have 52's up front? Stock springs are negatively arched.
To answer you last question Yes you don't have to use the B-52 kit to do it. If you already have them up front then somebody put them there and already moved the fwd hangar forward/and or the rear shackle hangar.
