So gonna be SAS'n the other crew and the Yukon. The crew will be bout 5-6" total and the Yukon 3-4". Summit lists a bunch of different springs, and gives their spring rate. The crew not too worried bout, it is a big block, and heavy pig, but the Yukon isn't as much of one. I'm looking at a 2.5" spring with 410lb rate. I've looked in all the SAS builds, and many don't list just what springs were used, let alone the rate. Some listed the Tuff Country EZ-ride as too stiff or too spongy. Just curious as to what some used. Can't go with ORD custom springs, absolutely nothing wrong with them, but the springs are more than I paid for the Yukon.....

I don’t know why they gatekeep the spring rates like they do but tuff country is super low at 325 for the 2.5” fronts. Then procomp is at 525 for the same 2.5. Take the lowest spring out of the procomp and you’ll be in the 400s. Add a leaf to the tuff country and see where it puts you.

Not sure who else makes a 2.5 front anymore.

Superlift makes one, that's the one I was looking at. 2.5" with 410lb rating, my price range too lol. Those would be for the Yukon since I don't want a lot of lift. I dont remember if it listed how many leaves, but could take one out if too stiff. I have a 4" spring of unknown brand, I might try that. The '00 that is already SAS'd, I might try 52s, since that will be a wheelin' rig.

The 525 was definitely firm with the small block crew cab and the 325 was a waste of time with the big block blazer as it ruined them in no time. 410 sounds like a pretty reasonable start honestly. Probably permanent.

They are a 4 leave pack, so if too stiff could pull one n see how it goes. Now just need the time....
